We hold full liability insurance through our insurance intermediary MJB Insurance. As such, Network Securities is indemnified against employers liability, public liability, efficacy and contractual liability and fidelity. The full details, as detailed by MJB Insurance, are on this page.

Employers Liability

To indemnify the Insured for their Legal Liability for damages and cost in respect of injury and/or death to employees arising out of the business and extends to include:

1. Liability arising in connection with and assumed by them by virtue of contract or agreement.
2. Indemnity to Principal.

Public Liability

Public Liability – to indemnify the Insured for their Legal Liability to Third parties for injury and/or loss of or damage to property arising out of the business.

This section includes:

1. Indemnity to Principal.

Efficacy and Contractual Liability

To indemnify the insured for their Legal Liability in respect of accidental bodily injury to Third Parties and/or loss or damage to property arising out of the failure to carry out the duties which the insured has contracted to perform, including deliberate acts, wilful default or neglect by the Insured Company, their employees or servants.

Fidelity Guarantee

To Indemnify the Insured Company and or their customers such loss which may occur as a result of any act of fraud, dishonesty or embezzlement by the Insured company or any of their employees.
